At Topham Street Gym, our goal is to improve relative strength, power-endurance and endurance through methods that are based on old ideas, new research, creativity, and our own practice. The purpose is genuine fitness, not the appearance of fitness. Using FUNCTIONAL TRAINING METHODS, i.e., everyday movements, not constrained, limited motion movements, we are able to provide optimum results with limited risk of overtraining, burnout, bordome and injury.
